Dear Yash! I was pleased to get your name recommended to me by my son in law, prakash Dadlani, who benefited a lot from your program. I also benefited from your program. Although I didn't follow your instructions very strictly, I still lost about 6 pounds in three months. Since I am 77 years old, I am not keen on losing weight very dramatically and wanted to go slow hoping to lose about 15 Ibs in a year and continue losing more in next year.

Yash today I completed your sound & sustainable nutrition and exercise program. Before starting 3 months ago I was in the obese category and suffering from chronic asthma, and overall very low energy. By chance I saw a post about your excellent results on Facebook and thought what the hell - "let me try this out". You were very fast to respond and after hearing out my daily eating and living habits, you gave clear and easy to follow diet plans, and the daily reporting and weekly Zoom meets were my motivation and kept me on the straight and narrow. The first week was difficult, but after that the next 3 months have been easy and now it has become my lifestyle. I have dropped 20 KG in 3 months!! My energy and confidence levels have sky rocketed, and the foggy dull feeling in my head has disappeared. Thanks for the cheat days and flexibility during the holidays, those helped immensely (Pizza & wine : ) Also it was very helpful that you recognised my weakness for chocolate and allowed it daily in limited quantities. Without that I am not sure I would have made it through. I have and will continue to recommend you to others. I have done a lot of other yoyo fad diets with short term results. With yours the difference is that it is easily implemented forever in my lifestyle and I can still be a Foodie and keep losing the extra weight. Thanks Yash - You are a STAR!

My daughters used to say that I am perpetually on a diet. I have never been a big eater and believe I am relatively active...yet I could never seem to reach my target weight. I was leading a healthy life...no alcohol, no cigarettes, a vegetarian diet and walking daily. My cousin mentioned a young nutritionist who she was happy with. Since my passion is to promote youngsters who are dedicated to a cause, I contacted Yash. After speaking to Yash for the first time, I decided to participate in his program for 3 months. He guided me on healthy eating, gave me a workout to do along with my 10K steps, and requested me to report to him daily. I had to give him a list of the meals I had consumed and let him know whether i had adhered to the checklist of daily requirements he had recommended e.g. water consumed, steps done, etc.
It has been 5 weeks and I have reached the weight I had targeted and hope to lose a few more pounds. I fit better in my clothes and I am definitely more mindful about my eating habits. There were a few things I never thought I could eliminate from my diet, but I no longer crave them. Yash has shared some interesting recipes. healthier pancakes, etc. which I did not imagine I would be able to enjoy. Yash is wonderful to work with. He replies messages promptly and is definitely invested in lensuring I am healthier and fitter. The best part is you get ‘cheat days’ and that gives you the motivation to complete the program.

I no longer feel sleepy in the middle of the day
4 months ago I was at my wits end, suffering severe acidity with punishing heartburn almost every night. Couldn't understand why as I was trying really hard to lose weight and eating what I thought was the right foods! My knees were starting to hurt as was my lower back. I knew I had to do something, it was then that I came across a post on Instagram by Yash Samtani talking about how he could help with solving health problems with the right diet. This was 3 months ago. Today I am almost 10kgs lighter I feel charged my acidity is completely gone as is the pain in my knees. I no longer feel sleepy in the middle of the day and I sleep right through the night.
I didn't have to change the foods I was eating or buy anything that wasn't already in my kitchen. Yash taught me when to eat what and even provided healthy recipes based on what I normally eat. As with any diet there are mandatory items that must be removed, sugar, fried and processed foods, a small sacrifice for better health. If you have health issues do reach out to him he is totally committed to making you better just by simply tweaking your diet for better health. Being on a3 month weight loss journey with Yash has taught me a lot.
I started off at 108 kgs at the end of the program i have managed to drop 8 kgs and hit the target of 100 kgs. My blood pressure when i started his program was 160/90. Being at any age that BP rate is not the best and can cause a lot of damage to health. I was recommended to take BP tablets by the doctor. I am not a fan of taking medication, so Yash worked with me to build a routine that involved meditation, healthy foods and strength training. Towards the end of the program my BP went down to 130/87 and has been consistent at that level for the past 2 months now; all without medication. I’m not saying don't follow doctor's orders but at least a change in lifestyle and nutrition did do it’s part and was quite happy with that result. Yash follows up religiously with his clients to ensure they are still sticking to the plan that he has provided. I recommend him to anyone looking to change their bad eating habits and becoming more nutrition focused and healthy minded. Consistency is the key to any success. I look forward to continuing my journey with the mindset Yash has left me. Thanks Yash!
